Google Analytics and cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select Accept analytics in the cookie choice banner.
When enabled, Google Analytics may measure pages viewed, approximate location inferred from an IP address, browser and device information, referral source, scrolling and outbound-link interactions. L.A. Plastering does not send the contents of quote forms, visitor email addresses, telephone numbers or work descriptions to Google Analytics.

Your analytics choice
You can accept or reject analytics cookies when you first visit the site. Your choice is stored in your browser so the banner does not repeatedly appear. You can change that choice at any time using the button below. Rejecting analytics will not affect your ability to use the website or contact L.A. Plastering.
YouTube video player
The homepage includes an optional L.A. Plastering YouTube video. YouTube is not contacted while the local video preview is displayed. When you choose Play video, a privacy-enhanced YouTube player is loaded within the page; YouTube and Google may then process information or set their own cookies under their own terms and privacy practices.
You can instead use the direct YouTube link without loading the player in this website. Read the Google Privacy Policy for more information.
AI chat assistant
If you use the website chat assistant, the messages you send are passed to the website’s AI service so it can generate a response about L.A. Plastering’s services, areas covered and contact routes. The website does not store chat conversations on its server and does not send chat contents to Google Analytics.
The current conversation is kept only in your browser’s session storage so it remains available while you move between pages in the same browsing session. It clears when that session ends. Please do not include payment, sensitive or personal information in chat. The assistant cannot book work or provide a quote; use the quote form, phone, WhatsApp or email for a human response.
Quote request form
When you submit the quote form, the details you enter and any optional project photos are sent to FormSubmit, an external form-delivery provider, which delivers the enquiry to info@la-plastering.co.uk. The form accepts up to four JPEG, PNG or WebP images with a combined limit of 10 MB.
FormSubmit may show a human-verification challenge to help reduce spam. Its published documentation says that form submissions are retained for 30 days and that uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. FormSubmit and any service it uses process the information under their own terms; see the FormSubmit documentation.
L.A. Plastering uses the enquiry details to respond about the requested work. Google Analytics does not receive the contents of quote forms, contact details, photo names or work descriptions. If you prefer not to use the form, contact the business directly by phone, WhatsApp or email.
External links
The website links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. These external services have their own privacy policies and may collect information once you visit them. L.A. Plastering’s project images are sourced from its public Facebook page.
Changes to this notice
This notice should be reviewed whenever the website’s form delivery, analytics, cookies, embedded content, hosting arrangements or contact details change.
